Wheel Hub of Vertical Roller Mill

The wheel hub is the core part in grinding roller assembly, also called roller boss. The roller tire was fixed on the wheel hub, and the wheel hub is assembled in the roller shaft, which consists of the grinding roller assembly. Normally, the space between the roller tire and the wheel hub is conical surface structure which can guarantee the easy maintenance and dismounting.

1. The wheel hub produced by us has the features of good wear-resistant performance and not easily being fractured.

2. We always insists on: prior to the delivery, the professional inspectors will carry out NDT many times on the stress-bearing surface of the hub. Any of products with bad quality is forbidden to leave the company. 

The wheel hub produced by us are applied in the manufacturing of the famous domestic vertical mill manufacturer-Xinxiang Changcheng Machinery Co., Ltd. They also gained the trust and acceptance of the building materials enterprises located in Tianjin, Hubei, Dalian, Tangshan and other cities and provinces because of the high quality.

In October of 2013, a building material factory in Hubei ordered 4 sets of wheel hub manufactured by us to assemble them into the grinding roller assembly of vertical mill.
