Poor type of lubricating oil
Lubricants must be of good quality and cost-effective in order to achieve certain benefits. The type of lubricating oil is poor, and the lubricating effect is not good, so that a good oil film cannot be formed between the bearing and the slideway, and the quality of the oil is poor. The bearing temperature is high, the service life of the bearing is seriously shortened, the waste of materials is caused, the progress of the whole project is seriously affected, and the profit of the enterprise is reduced.
Uneven distribution of incoming materials
