If the temperature in the lime rotary kiln production process is low, the quality of the finished product is not high. Then in the production process of the lime kiln, what is the reason that the temperature cannot rise? How to solve?
The reason why the temperature of the lime kiln cannot rise
1. The rotating speed of the kiln body is too fast during production, resulting in uneven heating of the kiln body and low temperature in the calcination zone;
2. In production, when the air volume in the kiln is small, the air volume is not increased in time, so that the temperature of the kiln tail rises and the temperature of the calcination zone is lowered;
3. When there are too many raw materials into the kiln, the fuel flow rate is not increased in time, resulting in too low temperature in the calcination zone;
4. Affected by other factors, the flame temperature in the rotary kiln is unstable, which will also reduce the temperature of the calcination zone;
5. The material entering the rotary kiln flows into the rotary kiln and is not fully heated in the preheater.
The method of raising the temperature of lime kiln
1. Ensure that the clinker thickness on the grate bed in the high temperature section of the grate cooler is kept within an appropriate range. The clinker thickness can be adjusted according to the detected air temperature;
2. Ensure that the lifting mechanism of the cooler can fully lift the clinker to form a material curtain, and the speed of the cooler can be adjusted appropriately, pay attention to observe whether there is air leakage at the connection point and outlet of the cooler, and repair it in time;
3. Ensure that the amount of clinker entering the cooler meets the design standards, check whether the amount of coal supplied to the lime kiln meets the requirements, replenish coal in time, and operate the equipment correctly.
