Causes of vibration in the operation of vertical roller mill
① Mechanical reasons: during the initial design and installation of the vertical roller mill, the vibration of the mill will be large due to insufficient basic design strength and problems in installation and alignment. If there are inconsistent dimensions in the manufacturing process of the internal structure of the mill, the vibration of the mill will also be too large, such as the installation angle of the grinding roller is unqualified, the bottom plate of the slag discharge bin is uneven, and the height of the lining plate of the grinding disc is unequal.
② Electrical reason: if the vibration measuring instrument fails or the shielded cable is not selected correctly during the installation of electrical equipment of the mill, it will also cause a false alarm of vibration of the mill and large vibration value of the mill.
③ Process operation: if the feeding amount is too large or too small, the temperature out of the vertical roller mill is too high or too low, and large blocks or ferrous materials enter the mill during the operation of the mill, it will cause large vibration of the mill. In short, the vibration of the vertical mill is caused by many factors. To accurately judge the cause of vibration in the process of daily operation and maintenance, it must be comprehensively judged and analyzed in combination with the operating parameters of the mill and the operation of field equipment.
