Precautions for daily maintenance of rotary kiln lime production line
As we all know, active lime is an important auxiliary raw material for steelmaking. The use of active lime has a series of advantages such as improving the quality of molten steel, increasing production, reducing steelmaking consumption, and stabilizing operation, which can significantly improve the economic benefits of enterprises. As the main way to produce high-quality active lime, the rotary kiln lime production line must pay attention to maintenance in daily operation to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
As the lime production line runs for a long time and is located outdoors, the parts in the rotary kiln will wear out over time. In order not to affect the normal operation of the equipment, the operator can focus on the following aspects in daily maintenance:
1. Lubrication of driving device
The lubrication of this part of the rotary kiln is mainly the lubrication between the gears. Since the pores between the gears are very limited, it is not reasonable if graphite is used as the lubricant. Instead, the oil injection lubrication method is used. This lubrication method requires staff to check the fuel injection status in time and confirm it.
2. Lubrication between the backing plate and the tyre
Graphite's fluidity and smoothness are very good, suitable for the lubrication of parts that require a large amount of lubricant.
3. Lubrication of supporting device
The lubrication of the surface of the rolling ring and the tug wheel of the lime production line is relatively simple, and the kiln parts are damaged. However, it should be noted that the size of the graphite block will change during the long-term operation of the equipment. If the graphite block is found to be smaller, the maintenance personnel of the rotary kiln must Replace the graphite in time, otherwise, the desired lubrication effect will not be achieved.
