How to deal with the problem over vibration of vertical roller mill during operation
1) feeding unevenness, when the mixture into the grinding is mostly powder, the load rate in the grinding is large, resulting in a thin layer of the grinding table, and even the grinding table is in direct contact with the grinding roller, causing vibration grinding; when mixing into the grinding When the material is mostly a block material, the pressure difference of the grinding roller is unstable, and vibration is generated. The solution is to stabilize the particle size of the material to be milled, adjust the feeding speed or reduce the grinding pressure appropriately, and appropriately reduce the speed of the classifier under the premise of ensuring the fineness of the material.
2) The metal parts enter the vertical mill, check the metal detector, and the magnet separator works normally.
3) The rotary kiln exhaust fan is damaged due to its vibration or human milled kiln exhaust gas pressure is high, unstable and dusty concentration makes the rotary kiln temperature too high and thus increases the internal load of the vertical mill. At this time, the opening of the circulating damper should be increased. Increasing the circulating damper of the vertical grinding mill increases the negative pressure of the population of the mill and balances the operation of the mill.
