1, casting equipment

The company uses two 60-ton alkaline electric arc furnaces to meet the requirements of single-strength casting of 120 tons of large-scale cast steel products, imported direct-reading spectrometers, carbon-sulfur analyzers, and three-element analyzers to inspect steel components. The casting CAE casting process simulation software predicts possible defects in actual production. 4 large-scale natural gas heat treatment furnaces meet the heat treatment requirements for large-size castings.

2, machining power

Has φ8m double-column heavy-duty vertical lathe, φ6.3m lathe imported from Russia, φ8m gear hobbing machine imported from Russia, Czech T6920 floor boring and milling machine and domestic TX220 boring and milling machine, Russia imported 6625Y (2.5m×8.0m) gantry boring and milling machine , China-made 120 × 3000 heavy-duty CNC universal cooler and other processing equipment.
