One Mill Three Applications – Vertical Mills reduce Cement Enterprise cost
Nowadays, cement industry has serious excess capacity and reduced profit, at the same time, the costs of production, management and labour are higher, how to make cement enterprise for cost-reduction and efficiency-improvement become hot topic.

In the production of cement, cement clinker, slag and fly ash need to be ground separately. Compared with advanced grinding technology, this method has the disadvantage of large investment and long downtime, and causes unnecessary waste.
CHAENG put forward the vertical mill process of one mill three applications, which makes cement industry knowing about new technology. Introduced by senior engineer of CHAENG, one vertical mill can meet slag powder, cement and concrete admixture grinding requirement, that is to say, there are seven set of microcomputer belt scale before vertical mill process and two set of blender mixer equipped with active admixture device at kiln tail. In this process, three materials can be finished grinding shift within 40 minutes, making the process time-saving and cost-reducing.
Using vertical mill, the capacity increases 20%, system power consumption is less than 38Kwh/t.
1.The capacity of vertical mill is exceeding 20% than design. Vertical mill is running stable, actual capacity of slag powder is 105 t/h.
2. Compared with tradition ball mill, this production makes the system power consumption within 38 Kwh/t, and reduces 20% to 50% power consumption in the production.
