Turnkey active lime production lineAdvantage: This project mainly uses equipment manufactured by Chaeng new environmentally friendly φ4.0 × 60m lime kiln, has an absolute advantage in the active lime, ignition loss, low energy consumption, environmental protection and other areas:

1. The degree of activity of lime shaft kiln production is higher than the average high 30ml, activity of up to 400ml, or even higher;

2. uniform product quality, raw burnt burn rate, students burnt burn rate<8%;

3. Chaeng lime kiln belonging to the open firing, high-tech production process, relatively low 40% than the old lime kiln energy consumption, waste and the use of blast furnace gas as a fuel and other, more environmentally friendly.

4. The kiln structure is simple, airflow, the gas can be discharged in the sulfur smoke, fuel sulfur easy attachment, and thus lower product sulfur content, desulfurization efficiency up to 85%;

5. The high degree of automation, using DCS remote control system, the entire line 2-3 person operations, reduce labor costs.
