Calcium Carbonate Rotary Kiln Manufacture
The limestone is be warmed to 900℃ in 1500℃ preheater by the exhaust gas. They are pushed to the rotary kiln by hydraulic push rods. CaO and CO2 are generated in the calcining zone. The decomposed limestone fed to the cooling machine, in which they are cool down to 100℃. Then they are discharged to the vibration feeders, taken to the limestone silos via conveyor, bucket elevator and belt conveyor.
Features of the Calcium Carbonate Production Line:
Effective preheating function that 20-25% limestone is decomposed in the preheater.
Scaling seal makes sure the air leakage factor is less than 10%.
The round vertical cooling machine can make the limestone discharged at 800℃+environment temperature.
