Delivery of Indonesia Vertical Mill with Annual Capacity 300 Thousand Tons Nickel Slag
From May 11 to 13, more than 30 trucks continuously drove out of CHAENG ( Xinxiang Great Wall Machinery Corporation ). According to introduction from the person in charge, the big batches of main machine of vertical mill,auxiliaries and spares will be sent to Indonesia.They will be installed and debugged for Indonesia annual capacity 300 thousand tons nickel slag production line.
The production line is 2.0 upgrade version of production line EPC project of CHAENG. The main machine adopted GRMS33.31 vertical mill.At present, the stage of project design and civil engineering and equipment fabrication had been successfully finished.Next, the installation work will begin, and the estimated time of production will be carried out in July.

The previous equipment of CHAENG mainly used the industrial gray. However, with the development on the adjustment and change of industrial structure, the requirement of environment protection is occupying a greater voice in the industrial fields. Therefore, during the system design of 2.0 upgrade version slag powder production line, the main lake blue and the corresponding light blue & white that the three kinds of color runs through the production line from beginning to end were adopted, which warmly expresses a good wish about harmony between manufactured product made by CHAENG and natural environment.
The new upgrade of painting colour is just the entire embodiment and practice of “The nine blue sky comes from CHAENG fabrication” idea of CHAENG. CHAENG will completely realize upgrading and updating on the four aspects “technology and quality and cost and service” to build a world class brand of high-end equipment manufacturing industry by means of our enterprise spirit seeking increasing perfection and focusing on manufacturing process.
2.0 technique new application can subtly make value added for client.
As we all know, regarding to the vertical mill made by CHAENG with function of fine grinding and drying and powder milling and powder selection and transportation, it has the following advantages: high efficiency in powder milling, strong drying ability, easily adjusted product fineness, low noise & power consumption, simple technological process, small mill wearing and operating expense saving, and so on. In a word, it became an industry leader long before. However, CHAENG people are unsatisfied with it. In addition to this, the whole system are handled on the dust suppression. The totally enclosed type production was applied from material storage to final products.On the one hand, it can avoid most of raise dust to get the environment protection purpose, on the other hand, the new system service was maximized on the value.
In view of the longer transportation time to Indonesia,CHAENG took series of measures on the process guard to strictly avoid equipment moisture and vibration breakage so that the installation and commissioning can be assured. Just like Mr.Wang Jizhong said, board chairman of CHAENG, “ we will never let client pay the bill for the unprofessional”.
All the equipment will be assembled at seaport at the end of May. The construction will be started at the beginning of June ,and formally go into production in the estimated July 2016.
Summary: As for the cooperation between CHAENG and Indonesia, on the one hand, it was pushed by Chinese national policy”One Belt One Road” bringing about a nice situation on the capacity cooperation and providing an important opportunity on the slag recycling project, on the other hand, it is inseparable from technology ability and management level and experience accumulation of CHAENG in the fields of industry slag powder milling & handling.
