One Mill Three Applications – Vertical Mill Enhances Cement Enterprise for Cost-reduction and Efficiency-improvement

In this process, three materials can be finished grinding shift within 40 minutes, making the process time-saving and cost-reducing.

Using vertical mill, the capacity increases 20%, system power consumption is less than 38Kwh/t.

1.The capacity of vertical mill is exceeding 20% than design. Vertical mill is running stable, actual capacity of slag powder is 105 t/h.

2. Compared with tradition ball mill, this production makes the system power consumption within 38 Kwh/t, and reduces 20% to 50% power consumption in the production.

3. fineness of GGBFS is reliable, quality is good.
